Absolutely an impeccable experience! Everything at Adega Gaúcha was excellent, from the quality of the meats to the atmosphere and the service. The rodizio was incredible, with perfectly cooked, flavorful cuts served with great timing and attention. The service was truly outstanding. The entire team was wonderful, attentive, and welcoming, making sure our experience was perfect from start to finish. A special shout-out to our server Filipe, who went above and beyond, extremely professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. He truly made our experience unforgettable. What an INCREDIBLE experience! I have been here twice for business networking events BUT this time I came to celebrate my 22nd wedding anniversary and really was able to enjoy the FULL experience and take my time trying all of the delicious choices, not mention the chic atmosphere. So beautiful and clean! The staff was beyond personable and the food was outstanding. I made a request for remoulade sauce, which they did not have in the restaurant, but Felipe took it upon himself to walk to the Publix next door and delivered it to my table. WHAAAT? I was so delightfully surprised. That was the type of kindness we shared all night along with our server Rodrigo and host Evandro. Utterly exceptional. Fantastic restaurant!! We were greeted at the door by a very friendly host … confirming my husbands birthday celebration! Isabella was our lovely server! Very knowledgeable! She explained the whole concept of the menu. Great selection of wine & cocktails! Salad Bar is great!! Everything so fresh !! Great display of everything under the sun !! Then the delivery of the selection of delicacies was fantastic !! Each server explained the cut of meat & they whatever you asked for !! Ribeye, filet mignon, sirloin, leg of lamb !! Our favorite lamb chops served table side with fresh rosemary!! The side of potatoes , corn brûlée & Brussel sprouts were delicious also!! The warm sliced pineapple 🍍 was so savory!! My Husband and I ate here yesterday for the first time and we were blown away. From the second we walked through the door, we were treated with such kindness and incredible service. We were warmly greeted by the hostess, wonderfully taken care of by our server Rafaela, and there were several others who came over to ask us how our food was and checked in on how we were doing throughout the meal. The food was extremely high quality: the meats were tender, the salad bar was well stocked with a variety of food that anyone can enjoy, the sides so flavorful. The thing that was most impressive was how understanding and accommodating they were to my dietary restrictions. We are so happy to have found such a wonderful restaurant, and can’t wait to come back soon!! ~ Danielle

This place is amazing! My husband and I came in for his birthday tonight and had an amazing time. The meat quality was amazing and cooked perfectly. The staff was so outstanding. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by multiple staff members everyone was SO friendly. Our waitress was Brenda she was so attentive to every need, was happy, friendly and did a great job serving us. Our plates and cups were always full. The experience was really like a big happy family was hosting us. Also side note if it’s your bday and you get the $60 full experience, whoever’s birthday it is gets it for free, for free plus a free desert. They do check ID’s so make sure it’s actually your bday lol. Wonderful experience! Would recommend and will be back. ~ Sophia M

Adega Gaucha Brazilian steak house truly deserves 5 stars, if not more. Special mention goes to the customer service and employees - it's a pleasure to see them working and how they take care of the customers. The cherry on top is that they serve halal meat for halal meat eaters; just let them know and the servers will take care of you. The server serving the meat makes sure to confirm before taking any meat if that is halal. Enjoy the salad bar, hot table, and plenty of lamb and beef. We were so happy to find Adega Gaucha Brazilian steak house! Not only do they serve halal options (just let the servers know), but the taste was even better than what we'd expect from big fancy steak houses. We went to Adega Gaucha in Deerfield for the first time tonight. It was excellent. We have been to all of the best Brazilian Steakhouses and this was right at the top. The food and service were impeccable. We were constantly checked on from start to finish, and every request was promptly met. The salad bar was incredible and they had cuts of meat we had never tried before. We were also given all the sides we wanted to try. They were all outstanding but the creme corn, grilled pineapple, and mac & cheese were personal favorites. I think we ate 5 servings of cheese bread! Our server Ricardo Bruno truly made our experience perfect and the manager and chef both personally came to check on us. Run don't wall to this new gem of a restaurant before it becomes impossible to get reservations. ~ Mindy A

Just had an unforgettable experience at Adega Gaúcha in Deerfield! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and flavor. A special shoutout to Matheus, the meat chef, who served us some of the most unique and delicious cuts I’ve ever tasted—just like in my video, every bite was masterfully done. And Isabela was simply amazing, taking great care of our table and showing extra kindness to my daughter, who left with a big smile (and a full belly). Now, here’s the twist: my daughter said their meat is better than mine. While that stings a little, I’ll take it as a sign—I’ve got some serious learning to do! Christian the server we had was so kind, extremely polite and even humorous. Very patient and helpful with showing us the menu and carrying out the order. The atmosphere is like no other, the place feels like a 5 star restaurant, super fancy, well kept and organized. The service is honestly my favorite part, the servers feel like family. The food is outstanding, I had the Pichana (Steak) Extremely tender and filling, fries are good too, a little salty but it’s still nice, rice is amazing aswell. If you are looking for a special night out with the atmosphere of a movie or want to spend a great time with family, this is the place for you. There is a new churascaria in town at Hillsboro shopping center. Opened 6 months ago this place is a nice surprise. We went to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The front desk was very warm and welcoming they explained the menu to us while we were standing outside waiting for our friends arrival We got the executive brunch and the fish of the day. It was excellent. The salad bar has many options also for vegans and vegetarians. Rice beans collard greens on the hot menu was really good and of course a huge selection at the fresh salad bar. The caipirinha’s go really well with a brunch like this, and..if you go on the day of your birthday your churascaria dinner is on the house. Isabella was our waitress she was awesome. Very sweet and accommodating So next time you are in Deerfield beach go for a caipirinha ~ Mila C

We have been to MANY Brazilian steakhouses over the last 20+ years… this one is by far the one of the BEST ones we have ever been too. The service and the WHOLE staff (servers, gauchos, managers, everyone) were FANTASTIC. Jefferson, one of the gauchos/chefs, was truly amazing in giving a different meat experience than we never got at any Brazilian steakhouse. He provided us with different types of meats prepared differently and they were delicious. You can tell he really cares about his job and ensures we were taken care of. We live over 2 hours away but next time we are in the area, we will definitely return. They also took time and ensured our dessert was prepared special for our anniversary. ~ Carlos P

Held an event here a few weeks ago for over 50 people and to say we were very pleased is an understatement. Atmosphere: Great! Classy atmosphere without being stuffy. Everything and one was neat and clean (including the restrooms). Staff: Friendly from the start—even before knowing we were part of a big party. Glasses were always full and the if we had a meat request it was quick to be filled. Food: Delicious. Not overly salty with great flavor. The salad bar was well stocked and provided a great assortment of quality products. Overall: When you hold an event and receive compliments days after you know you scored. I personally will be back — both with family and friends. My organization, Cornerstone Masonic Lodge No. 416, will be back too! Our experience at Adega Gaúcha was absolutely outstanding and truly unique. From the moment we walked in, everything was impeccable. The restaurant was spotless, and the table setup was organized to perfection—the glasses literally sparkled. The food was simply delicious. The salad bar offered a wide variety of fresh options, beautifully presented, and every single cut of meat we tried was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. Not once did we get a piece that wasn’t executed flawlessly. On top of that, the service was beyond excellent. Every staff member was attentive and professional, and our server Fernanda was especially kind and caring—she made us feel very welcome throughout our meal. We had an amazing lunch at Adega Gaúcha in Deerfield Beach this past Saturday! From the moment we walked in, the hostess gave us such a warm welcome, and Brenda, our server, was absolutely wonderful. Pedro and the rest of the team made sure we were never without the endless variety of perfectly cooked meats and tasty side dishes. The caipirinhas were spot on—refreshing and delicious! The restaurant itself was spotless, the atmosphere inviting, and the service truly exceptional.
